I sincerely apologize for venting my frustration on this list. It's
inappropriate and not constructive and not representative of my general
enthusiasm for this product. When customer support has responded to me, it's
been accurate, technical, and precise. My frustrations come from particulars
in this case and not appropriate for general venting.
