Hey Ted!

I tried to load up your xml in Internet Explorer and it crapped out on
the encoding="UCS-2"  portion of your <?xml version="1.0"
encoding="UCS-2" standalone="no"?> tag.

Apparently that encoding tells your xml editor to save the xml file as
unicode...not sure how WiTango handles unicode xml. I don't know
enough about xml to give you anything more than a "try this"-type
answer, maybe Scott can throw in his 2 cents
