Don't know if this will help you but from the filemaker list there is a link
to a fix it site


There are some troubles with java: certain websites e.g. online banking
websites can't be used properly anymore. The problem is not Safari only, 
FireFox also had the same issue...

There is a workaround on macfixit (http://www.macfixit.com/)
