Witango-Talk: Cybersource DLL

Once upon a time in a land far, far away, one of the previous owners of Tango had created a DLL to allow Tango to talk to Cybersource along with the C source code to tweek it. Would anybody out there happen to have a copy of this buried in their file archives?
