Reason I asked is that I think there is another instance of Witango running
on this box, because of the Pid: reference.

"This license is being used by another witango server having Pid: 292 Port:
18100"

Have you checked services?
Or try killing using the Pid: number

No.  All are separate boxes. Also it will bark the error on startup.
