Steve,

These seem to be warnings related to the SSL negotiation process. Basically, as
SSL security increases, such as 2048-bit ciphers, etc. your system may need to
negotiate down or use an older encryption method.

Run Windows Update and click to the optional updates and see if there’s one in
there for root certificates. Also, see if installing IE 7 helps (if you haven’t
already).

I can tell you that on Windows the SSL implementation simply relies on the
built in OS capabilities, and therefore it will change when you update the OS
and other MS software. Note that this could actually break something that
works, so go slow and test carefully.

Subject: Witango-Talk: @url Question

Windows Server 2003 – Witango 5.5

Using the following code

<@assign method$response

  <@url location="https://cardpresent.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll";
waitforresult=true

        postargarray=method$postargArray detailedresponse=true encoding=none>>

I get the following. But the request does run successfully

[Warning] [15758] Server certificate authority invalid. Continue processing
URL: https://cardpresent.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

[Warning] [15758] Server certificate revocation failed. Continue processing
URL: https://cardpresent.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

Do I need to change something?

Thanks

Steve Fogelson
