Bill,
Just to clarify one point for anyone running mixed environments. We’ve worked to keep the client/server protocol unchanged and compatible with version 5.5. Therefore web server plug-ins and modules from version 5.5 can be used to map requests to version 6.x servers, and vice versa. Note that it is recommended as a best practice to have the same versions of client and server, however, we are allowing mixed client/server configurations to help ease the transition. But this is the first time (for me) that it's on a machine that didn't have Witango Server 5.5 or 6.0 previously. I have mapped extensions of taf, tcf, thtml and tml to "C:\Program Files\Tronics Software\TeraScript Server 6\Plugins\iis_terascript.dll" but taf files are not found. (It is serving html, but not tafs.) When I look at a separate installation, where TeraScript server service has been running, and Witango Server service is disabled, the extensions are still mapped to witango60_iis.dll. But it works! Please help me troubleshoot this. Thanks!
