It's true, currently we do not read the browser reported locale (we do
a setLocale("")).
It is a matter of taste: Chinese users should be redirected to the
chinese version, which has in this case a different URL:
http://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/cn/
The behavior could be easily changed so that the default locale is
read from the browser, but I am unsure if this really is desired? And
is "cn" the correct locale, since Firefox suggests that it is rather
"zh" ?
