Hi Marcus,
What do you mean by a realtime application?
Web communication has no timing guarantees and ajax is asynchronous, thus it is
impossible to make realtime web applications.
But you might mean something else?
Med venlig hilsen / Best regards

Subject: [Wt-interest] Realtime applications
Hi all,
I'm thinking of using Wt to develop a realtime application for the web.
At a very high level this application will have an in memory structure
that will need to be displayed visually, probably in a grid on a web page. The
application will connect to an internal message bus and receive frequent
updates which will adjust the structure. Every so often I need the front-end
(web page) to display these updates in a visual way such as a cell flash on the
grid.
Is this something that can be readily supported by Wt? Has anyone
developed this sort of application and if so have you got any tips?
Thanks,
Marcus
