What I did in the past was a css in which I coded positions.

E.g. something like this:
div.item1 {
        position: absolute;
        left: 600px;
        top: 150px;
        color: #6B7584;

Then in the html file I wrote:
    <div class="item1"> <a href="status.html" id="item1"></a>
      Status
    </div>

I had assumed something like this would be possible in WT as well.

BTW is there a good way to find out what the screen area of the
browser is (what area I can use without getting scrollbars)
