True, it wouldn't be too hard to implement a tooltip which takes a
WWidget *, using the mouseWentOver() signals with some JavaScript/CSS
to make it appear (delayed) at the right location ...

As I think of it, a kind of mouseWentOver(int delay) method would be nice ...

If nobody volunteers for this (hint hint!), we'll consider it for our todo list.
