First, you need to know the character encoding of the response you get
from whois. Then, you need to figure out how you can convert this
encoding to UTF8 (Wt cannot really help you there, you are likely
going to need the IBM's ICU library to convert between an arbitrary
(Japanese) encoding and unicode).

Then, you can call:

WString(s, UTF8), which is equivalent to WString::fromUTF8(), assumes
that the origin string is UTF-8. It will result in undefined behavior
if it is not.
