Valgrind is simple in its own: simply prepend 'valgrind' to the command-line. In this way, it works well together with using the built-in httpd. For FastCGI deployments, you need to configure the <valgrind-path> in the wt_config.xml file with the valgrind commandline, set <debug> to true, and use a shared process deployment.
