No chances at all, for various reasons:

- First and foremost, Wt 3 has not been released yet but even if it
was released tomorrow...
- Second, Ubuntu 9.10 is already frozen. No official packages can be
added/updated since June 25th (see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KarmicReleaseSchedule )
- Third, I have not started (re)packaging it yet. I want to split Wt
into several packages, one for each library, because binary
compatibility is not broken at the same time for all libraries. This
won't take me a long time (two days tops) but still

Ubuntu 9.10 comes with Wt 2.2.4-2. I will provide packages for Wt 3.0
for Ubuntu 8.04, 9.04 and 9.10 in my PPA (
http://launchpad.net/~pgquiles/+archive/ppa ), as usual.
