Sorry for having been out of touch for some time.
I think that the WServer classes are at a stage
where it would be a good idea for me to hand them over
to Koen et al. They know how to best integrate my code
into Wt.
Dynamic loading has not been implemented, but I do not
see it as very useful. When would anyone want to add a new
connector to a running application? Not often enough
to merit the added complexity, I would think. Anyway,
I can easily add dynamic loading if there is a
popular demand for it.
Note that there a few places in the Wt code that are
conditional on the type of connection, like
if (is fcgi) then do_something
In an ideal world, the "do_something" functionality
should be added as virtual functions to the relevant
server classes, with empty implementations in the
other server classes, and the condition removed.
