I'm just concerned about how such a designer would work.  I have yet to 
see any great html/css WYSIWYG.

My thought though is that we would have the advantage if it was just a 
Wt application, editing it in the browser would certainly mean it is 
what you get. (Unless you are on IE which last I checked had a horrific 
rich text editor.)

We would sorta endup reinventing the wheel in needing to recreate the 
Chrome Developer Tools / Firebug style interface for traversing Widgets 
& managing css.
