i think that WtReply's recent changes has broken the http server.
Actually the problem is in new member variable WtReply::sending_ not being
initialized to false.
On MSVC2008.Debug configuration , initial value of this uninitialized member
is 'true'.
Maybe under other development environments initial value is false and there
is no problem.
