What's the recommended way of creating links in xhtml code that is
being rendered in a WText, so that they behave like a WAnchor ?
I notice that /#/pagename works when Javascript is enabled,
but without Javascript, /?_=/pagename&wtd=session_id is needed.
Is there a better way to do this than mashing the original
xhtml href into the above using the WApplication url() as a source
for the session_id string ?
[I notice for instance, that the Wt home page internal links don't
work when Javasript is turned off, because they are hard codes to
the /#/pagename.]
