The log explains it clearly:

* To use the NMake generator, cmake must be run from a shell that can use

* INCLUDE, LIB, or LIBPATH, and these must be set for the cl compiler to*
* work.*
Start > Programs > Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 > Visual Studio Tools >
Visual Studio Command Prompt (2010)
Then go to the winst directory and run winst -G "NMake Makefiles"
I will update winstng to Wt 3.1.10 but it won't be before ~10 days, because
I'm leaving on vacation in a few hours.
