I don't understand the question. 
You mean for debugging?
Select the project that links to wthttp and click in the menu: Project
-> Set Program arguments and enter something like :
"--docroot /usr/share/Wt --http-address 0.0.0.0 --http-port 8080"
Tick the box "This target provieds the project's main executable".
Then click the play button.
