I'm using WiX 2.0.3309.0. Click ignore allows the install to proceed but leaves IIS broken (it serves up "Service Unavailable" pages). Uninstalling the package pops up the same assertion dialog. This issue seems intermittent, because a similar package installed the day before on that box installed and uninstalled just fine. Perhaps something bad is being left behind by the uninstall?
