I don't have authority on legal issues consering WiX - that is Microsoft domain. However: Article 5 of the "Assignment Agreement" reads: "Microsoft grants You a non-exclusive license under the rights assigned to Microsoft in Section 3 to use, reproduce, modify, license or otherwise distribute, and exploit the Contribution as You see fit.". As far as my legalese reaches, I can still release the wxl files in any way myself - thus, Gábor, if consensus is reached that my interpretation is correct and if you want to put up the Dutch files at your website under the CPL, you have my permission.
