Summary: Double-click task in task list should jump to code

Initial Comment:
Double clicking an item [build error] in the task list
should jump to the spot in the code that caused it - it
currently (v2.0.2722) doesn't.

This has been working in v3 for a while.

Note that my initial report didn't mention that the jump-to
works when the file the target line is open, but does not
work when the file is _not_ open.

So the double-click action has to check the file's open, and
open it if it's closed before jumping to the line.

Sorry 'bout that.

It _does_ jump to the position in the code if the same item
is double-clicked from the _Output_ pane.
