Build messages appear... but any attempt to change files, scroll a window, and so forth is unsuccessful. After several attempts a message shows up from the Windows Explorer task bar area: Microsoft Visual Studio Is Busy Microsoft Visual Studio is waiting for an internal operation to complete. If you regularly encounter this delay during normal usage, please report this problem to Microsoft.
