Does this problem not happen with previous versions of the WiX toolset? If
not, can you please open a new bug and provide as much information as possible
about the issue?

Does anyone know if the fix for this item would have prevented creating a patch
that by default includes all differences between to wixpdb's? I create a patch
for one daily build to the next and it is failing when pyro runs with an error
of:
error PYRO0103 : The system cannot find the file 'C:\Documents and
Settings\mziegler\Local Settings\Temp\ow3halsh\1to2.msp' with type ''.

Has this issue been resolved? I see it was marked closed on 1/18/09. I found
the exact bug in a scenario I'm trying to work with.
