I have the December 05 build of Wix3 and I'm
experiencing behavior that I thought had already been fixed. When I
specify Isolation="medium" on my WebApplication element, at runtime,
COM+ applications are installed and do not uninstall. Was this actually
a bug or do I need more logic in my installation to test for IIS 5/5.1
and IIS 6.0?
