I guess this calls for some further testing on my behalf. Do you know
(or where I can find out) what actions Wix schedules between
InstallInitialize (1500) and ProcessComponents (1600)? I have seen that
AllocateRegistrySpace gets scheduled at 1550 but have not seen anything
else in my msi's and am conscious that there could be a feature than I'm
not using that gets scheduled in between. Therefore if I did start using
explicit sequence numbers I would know what to avoid.
