I'm considering a change to make ThmUtil handle WM_SIZE / WM_SIZING
messages within ThmUtil's ThemeDefWindowProc(). Is there any reason not to
do this?
It seems like a natural direction to go since negative coordinates mean
from the bottom right corner of the window.
