I’m looking at the attributes for the CustomAction
element and it is not clear to me how you would make the custom action only run
on install. Another possibility may be to create a condition on the Custom
element associated with the CustomAction? For example: <Custom Action="" After=”InstallFinalize”>NOT
Installed</Custom> It takes me about an hour to spin a new msi and try this
stuff so I’m wondering if someone could point me in the right direction
