This is exactly the case, the vendor we work with is providing MSM's for their drivers. Unfortunately they say "Merge the MSM, and call these custom actions." It is looking like this isn't going to be an easy thing to do, so I may push back and say "Sequence the custom actions yourself please." Any comments from you would be much appreciated.
