Verbose log file should explain all.

Subject: [WiX-users] My Uninstaller tells me to exit unrelated applications
When I uninstall my product I'm being asked to shut down applications that are
totally unrelated to my product. It seems to be Java applications that I need
to close down, but really I just need to close the window they have open, the
application can remain running. ( E.g. I have a tool that runs in the system
tray, and Windows only complains if it's window is open.)
My installer does install a JRE, but only a private one that only my
application uses. I am certain that these applications are not using any files
that I have installed. How can I find out what is causing this and fix it?
