Yes the CA is running with noimpersonate.
Worked fine with Vista RC2 but won´t be elevated on Vista final.
So i´ve build a Bootstrapper which will elevate this CA.
The FindWindow Solution won´t be easy to implement, but its good to know
that this is a well known problem and the only workaround.
