Umm... this is a deferred CA, so as was mentioned by Rob, there isn't
a whole lot you can *do* with the MSI at that point.
I have done it both ways and I found the mock object approach to be
better in the long-run. It certainly was orders of magnitude faster
than using a real MSI and I avoided the problems associated with
trying to use a real MSI and forcing it into the desired state.
