I tried the baby bootstrapper but it gave me an error on install. IIRC,
it was something along the lines of "can't find msi at {path}" where
{path} is in my temp directory.
It would be much easier to do if Microsoft offered a bootstrapper for
the Compact Framework, like they do for the full framework.
