When I build a project within Visual Studio 2005 none of the project variables
are defined, they all have the value "*Undefined if not building from within
Visual Studio*". I also get the warning "Solution properties are only available
during IDE builds or when building the solution file from the command line."
I have discovered that the msbuild variable "BuildingInsideVisualStudio" is not
being set. Does anyone know why this is happening? I am using 3.0.4827.0.
