I am getting this error:
Failed to find node:
/configuration/PluginSources/add/@key='Client' in XML File:
C:\Program Files\XPedient\WPFClient\\app.config
System error: -2147467259
The error implies some sort of access issue with the file, am I missing
something?
I am working on an installer that needs to update Configuration Items. I use
the namespace, and am using the XmlFile command as such:
<Directory Id="WPFClient" Name="WPFClient">

<File Id="file_wpf_app.config" Name="app.config"
Source="$(var.Application.Host.WPF.ProjectDir)/app.config" DiskId="1"/>

<util:XmlFile Id="ModifyPluginDir_Client" Action="setValue"
File="[WPFClient]app.config"
ElementPath="/configuration/PluginSources/add/@key='Client'"
Value="[xpt_ClientPlugins]"/>
To change the value.
In the configuration file, I also have this:

<Merge Id='mm.platform.p.database' Language='1033'
SourceFile='$(var.Install.MergeModule.Platform.Plugins.Database.TargetPath)'
