Well, I've tried this way:

    <CustomAction Id="ChangeP" Property='WixShellExecTarget'
Value='[#Tray.exe]' SuppressModularization='yes' />
    <CustomAction Id="LaunchTray" BinaryKey="WixCA" DllEntry="WixShellExec"
Impersonate="yes" />

The app didn't run. Log is the same. Am I missing something?
