I use the SetupTypeDlg to let the user select whether to do a typical, custom
or complete installation.
I attach a custom action called "RequiredLicensesValidation" to the "DoAction"
events of the "TypicalButton" and "CompleteButton".
Inside of the "RequiredLicensesValidation" custom action I try to access the
features states using Session.Features.
Unfortunately the features states implied by choosing either typical or
complete are not yet set when the custom action is started.
It seems to me that the install type "WixUI_InstallMode" is taken into account
later on for setting the feature state.

Please let me know, what I can do to solve this problem.

Best regards,

Frank
