Its not a matter of WiX, Windows Installer's UI model doesn't support
it.
You can make a custom UI from scratch if you *must* have this, but
personally I think it would be a waste of money for something the
customer does exactly once for the lifetime of using your product.
Put the money into the product to deliver customer value instead.
