Ron, Hmm I wanted to avoid creating another module for the common files as I have action associated with these file that change based on the component installed But I guess it makes sense to do so. It will be a lot more clean that way Thanks for your advice I will try that.

My recommendation is to not do that. Create a 3 Merge Module and make the other two dependent on it. More expensive but you're more likely to maintain your sanity.
