In that case, can you do an administrative installation with msiexec /a ? That would extract the files from the installer. You could also check the dlls into source control after extraction. Putting binaries in source control might feel wrong but with 3rd -party products, theres no source.
As a general rule, you shouldnt install 3rd party resources into shared locations using your own component GUIDs because you cant avoid breaking the component rules in conjunction with other users of the resources - you need a wixlib, merge module or installer from the manufacturer which you dont have. If you are installing these components into the GAC there is the danger of you clashing with some other application that also utilizes these components.
