Oh sorry. I am using the SQL Express 2008, .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, and Windows Installer 4.5 bootstrappers that are all bundled with Visual Studio 2008. I am just using them as-is out of the box with no modifications at all. Are there any tutorials or documentation that you know of on how to localize these bootstrappers? I've been looking and haven't been able to find anything.
