Since Microsoft have deprecated the QuickLaunch toolbar, is there a way to utilise it's replacement and add a shortcut to the 'Pinned to Taskbar' set as an option in an installer? I've tried simply adding a shortcut to where the pinned shortcuts are stored, but this is not successful - there must be more to it than this.
Any thoughts?
