Does version 2.0 also have features A & B (with the same names and in the same places in your feature tree)?
If so, then in your UpgradeVersion element remove the RemoveFeatures attribute but keep the MigrateFeatures attribute. But If I see in add or remove programs , there are 2 entries with version old and new one. But My requirement is there should be only newer version.
