It does makes extensive use of VBScript to populate various Properties and to setup a pre-requisites screen.
I've just checked with some other customers and the problem does seem to exist on Vista as well. I'll have a read of that link, and will see what else I can find out. We don't really user Windows 7/Vista in the office yet, but some customers obviously do. Looks like I may need to setup some virtual machines for testing. Thanks for your help so far.
