I need to put a file in a temporary location and then modify it using
XmlFile. The problem is that I need to tell XmlFile the exact path to
the file, but how can I determine what that is?
Here's my code:

Some tricks I've tried and discarded:
<Property Id="TMPDIR" Value="$(env.TEMP)\" /> This is the temp dir
on the build machine
<Property Id="TMPDIR" Value="%TEMP" /> Doesn't work
