Reading Rule 16:

"Do not specify more than one file per component as a target for the Start menu
or a Desktop shortcut."
Exactly what does that mean? Is it possible that a shortcut to a component with
multiple files would result in bloated MSI?
I did notice my MSI grew some MB after violating this and other rules. Not sure
why though.
