And what is the option in my case?
I.e. when there are already deployed per-machine packages and I want to 
change to per-user?

By the way: In the default setup, you can choose if you want to install 
systemwide or per-user (i.e. per-machine and per-user). How is this case 
managed when User A with admin rights first installs the package with 
[x] For user-only and afterwards installs again as [x] system-wide? Or 
vice-versa?
