In my NAnt task I added " before and after the WiX variable.
Before the change:
<arg line="-dImportSrc=${Import.Dir}" />
After the change:
<arg line="-dImportSrc="${Import.Dir}"" />
This fixed my problem.

error LGHT0103 : The system cannot find the file 'and' with type 'Source'.
