Yes, I tried that also. But I am unable to execute CA.
This is my CA in original installer:
<Custom Action="CheckDependent" After="InstallInitialize" >
</Custom>
This is after applying patch:
<Custom Action="CheckDependent" After="InstallInitialize" >
</Custom>
I am assinging value of patch version in "PATCHDEPEND" property, in the
patch. If this is not "0", then the CA should execute. In the origanal
installer "PATCHDEPEND" =0
